Our stay was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, and impeccably organized, with a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom essentials. The location itself was a charming town with convenient amenities, including a supermarket, bus station, and train station nearby. We were particularly impressed by Irina's thoughtful hospitality, as she proactively offered milk for our child without us even asking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this lovely spot on our next visit to Switzerland.

Una has a very beautiful apartment. Well equipped with all essential items. The location was around 15 mins bus ride from Luzern center. There were many restaurants and supermarkets just opposite to the apartment. Una was also a great host. Very proactive and takes good care of the guests. In terms of improvements, we felt a bit difficult to locate the apartment initially as Google maps showed the backside of the apartment. Perhaps a detailed instruction guide of accessing the apartment and the keys can help. Also, some hotels provide a Luzern guest card on overnight stay that makes the public transport free. It will be of great help to guests if Una can make arrangements for similar guest cards. Nevertheless, it was a great experience and we definitely recommend booking Una's place to all visitors coming to Luzern!

Loved the place. It is hardly 10 mins walking distance till from the train station and we loved the area. The place was clean and all basic amenities were there. Céline was such an amazing host, she kept few snacks and basic essentials in the room. Me and my husband prepared breakfast as well there and enjoyed living there.

The place was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. I traveled by car, so the location was perfect for visiting Interlaken, Lucerne, and Zurich. It was a comfortable and convenient stay — highly recommended if you’re exploring the area by car!
