Vacation rentals with a patio in Peristeri

Evangelia is a great host, welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We were able to leave our suitcase earlier than expected to walk around the city while waiting for the accommodation to be cleaned. The instructions left were clear, and the accommodation was spotless and very functional. We loved the location, close to a very friendly square and all the shops (small markets, restaurants, bars, etc.) We highly recommend Evangelia and thank her for everything! Pavlos' apartment is perfection. I wished we were there for longer. Easy communication via Whats App. He was waiting for us when we drove up. The private, off-street, covered parking was very helpful. The apartment is up 1 level but there was an elevator for our bags. The apartment is sparkling clean and gives you LOTS of space. Pavlos gave us fresh made lemonade from the lemon trees outside that was the best treat I could have wished for. The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely hot water with good pressure in the shower. Everything we needed was there. It's a nice neighborhood, too. We walked to a lovely restaurant ,where Pavlos had made us a reservation, for dinner. Delicious! For breakfast, we found a cafe that was less than 5 min walk away. I would highly recommend Pavlos' place if staying in Athens, so nice to be in a quieter neighborhood without all the tourists! Everyone was VERY friendly and welcoming.

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Outstanding accommodation, spacious, clean and modern with everything you need. A few minutes walk to the subway and a further 15 or so into Athens. With great comms from Spyros! Recommended!

Absolutely beautiful place! My mom, sister and I stayed for one night and it was perfectly located near Piraeus port to travel to the islands (we needed to be there early AM and wanted to avoid traffic from city). We were in awe of the beautiful spaces and architecture. It was super clean and comfy. And has really nice hangout spots outside to admire the ocean view. Loved it and will be back again! Thank you for the hospitality

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Our overall experience was excellent! Κερασια is a wonderful host (even surprised us with fresh fruit from the local market), and the house is clean, well maintained, quiet, and just off the main strip (where there are numerous shops and cafes). We will definitely return upon our next trip to Petroupoli.

Highly recommended! It is very convenient but also safe (this apartment has a security system), and the facilities are also very nice (like Simmons washing machine)

Our stay with Christos was great ! He was very kind and helpful, and the apartment was absolutely perfect, especially the terrace ! The neighbourhood is close to every popular attraction and host many delicious restaurants ! :)
