Monthly Rentals in Perinton

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

Great place to stay if visiting the area. Nicely accommodated our golf group of 4 on this return visit. Having the entire house allows us the space to unwind, relax, and with 4 bedrooms sleep separately in our own space. It is well appointed and it feels like home. Walkable to the downtown core with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Would not hesitate to return here!

I was in the area for business and this place worked out perfect for location—close to where I was going and ideal for restaurants. Just a block or so from fine dining and brewpubs. If I am in the area again I would stay for sure. Thanks for having me.

Dana’s place was great! It had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay along with some extras! She was super responsive and accommodating when we requested an early check in, and last minute had to add a guest to our stay. It was awesome to be able to watch the train from all the windows, and although it IS loud, it didn’t bother us much. The bar next door is a little loud and goes until 2am, but our portable white noise machine was able to drown it out pretty well. We would definitely stay again!
