Monthly Rentals in Perez

We stayed from August 5 to 10, the flower hosts were very welcoming and kind, a clean house and much larger than it seems from the photos, large space and there are nice balconies with chairs and table and clothesline. It is in a condominium with parking space,we rented a car and we could park inside without problems. House equipped with all the utensils and the hosts upon arrival made us find some packaged Salento specialties, sheets and towels give us new ones. The location is a little off-center by downtown gallipoli, to get around I recommend renting any means of transport, also because there is a lot to see in Salento. There is also an empty room where you can leave suitcases, etc. so as not to clutter the bedrooms. The only two flaws is that the shower was not a shower, so when you washed the water, it came out a lot from the mezzanine shower and the bathroom flooded a little and sometimes the water heater would trip the power if you turn on the oven.

We had a pleasant stay! Only around 15 minutes walk to the main town. Giorgio was very responsive and assisted us with all that we needed.

I spent here three weeks and I just felt like at home. The apartament has everything you need on a daily basis. I was able to work remotely without any issues. The building complex is very beautiful and the neighbourood is very calm and peaceful. However, I give the biggest compliments to the host, Domenico! Domenico was always super helpful, friendly and proactive, he even gave me a ride to Lecce! Overall, brilliant experience! Best wishes to Domenico :)

We had a wonderful stay at this great apartment! The terrace with the breathtaking sea view was definitely our highlight – perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment itself is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Free parking right outside the door – super convenient if you arrive by car. The landlord is terrific! He made a perfect apartment handover (despite different languages). Made recommendations for restaurants. Always available immediately for questions! The location on the outskirts of the city is quiet and yet well connected – you are quickly in the center, but at the same time have your peace. We highly recommend the place and would come back any time!
