Family-friendly vacation rentals in Perdido Key, Orange Beach

Rob was such a great host! He was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The house was perfect for 8 guests with plenty of space, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. We would love to stay here again!

Donna & Rusty were very responsive and super helpful. They told me how to get our parking pass online to save us time standing in line at the condo. The condo was very clean! Pretty place, had everything we needed! I would stay there again. We had a great trip and wonderful stay at this condo!

Condo was decorated very nice and looked just like the pictures. It was clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our stay and Steve was very responsive and informative.

Very easy to get to beach, elevators quick. Ample parking. Clean. Great view of beach.

Fantastic view of the Gulf from the balcony, comfortable beds, close to the beach, quick response from management to our questions. Clean, spacious condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The door to the balcony was hard to open, though. Close to the Naval Air Museum and the Pensacola Lighthouse and the Big Lagoon.

Easy to get inside with communicated instructions. Felt welcomed as we were greeted with nice peaceful music , along with bowl of fruit and snacks . We loved the layout of being on the first floor . The nook in the hall was a perfect getaway to read your favorite book . King bed mattress was very comfortable . Nice evening on the patio. Clean pool ,with an easy access from condo. Beach is within walking distance. Water was a little choppy . Reminder of how out of shape I am as I walked in the sand . I would return . It was a lovely condo with an owner , Laura, having wonderful hospitality!

This is a beautiful condo in a great area! The beach is lovely but not overcrowded. The unit is roomy and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need… more than most Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The beds are super comfy, there were lots of towels, and the living room furniture is the best (leather couches with recliners). The balcony is roomy and has nice furniture. Honestly the only “complaint” is that some of the appliances could use updating but otherwise this place was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

The bar icemaker in our unit was awesome. There are so many things about the property that is amazing. The privacy, security, white beaches, swimming pools and so much more. We had a fabulous vacation.

The condo was nothing short of amazing, and beautiful. It was a very easy process from booking to checkout, we just REALLY hated that our stay was over, I could have lived in that Condo!. I recommend Capri 601 to anyone, and the booking process and basically the entire experience. I will be traveling to the area for many years to come, and hopefully stay in Capri 601.

Was just as the pics. Very private balcony, great location with restaurants that you can walk to. Beach access was easy to get to and we will def book again!

We had a fantastic weekend get away. Water was warm and kayaks were easy to throw in. we enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching all the life around the condo.

Ryan’s condo was perfect for a 5 day getaway. Not far from the beach. The condo itself had all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay

Absolutely great! We loved this spot - exactly as described. Plenty of space, easy beach access, just everything you need. Can’t wait to come back!

Me encantó muy tranquilo me senti como en casa está muy limpio todo sirve yo no soy de lectura mucho pero me gustaría que dejaran más bolsas de basura y papel de baño pero en la que cabe está bien muy como mi esposo le gusto el diseño y mis hijos quieren regresar no se querían ir

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked and had Pyrex with lids. Drip coffee maker which we much prefer! Non stick skillets of decent quality. Stainless steel cookware. The beds were comfy and the condo was gorgeous and cozy. The master shower was amazing! Really can’t beat the view, so beautiful!

Had an amazing experience ! Condo was clean and ready for us. Check in/out was easy and you really can’t beat the view. The pictures do not do this place justice. I had to reach out with some questions and the company was quick to respond and very helpful.

Perdido Sun is our favorite place to stay.. it’s small and never crowded. This particular unit was perfect for our family.

We had an amazing stay at Windemere. The condo was clean, cozy and right on the beach. I definitely recommend this if you want a quiet getaway. We wish we never had to leave.

The unit is just as pictured. The beach exceeds what can be pictured.

This was a great stay. The beach only had a few people each day. Access is private and convenient. We spent most of our time on the large balcony where we could hear the waves breaking all night though. The view was picturesque. There is not an elevator to get to this unit so the stairs could have been a pain, but were not much of an issue once we got unpacked. We were within walking distance of the FloraBama and the Crab Trap. There was a convenience store across the street which made beer runs easy. The ice maker was a nice feature I didn't know I needed. We didn't use the upstairs much, but it would have been great for kids. The rental company was very responsive to texts when we had questions.

Beautiful unit! Clean. Well kept. Only thing kinda negative is only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We were only there 3 days but ended up having to purchase more tp to get us through. Also the bedroom that has 2 beds in it has one bed that the mattress leans or slopes. My son had to go sleep in another room. The tv in the main family room didn’t have the same channels as the tv in the master bedroom. This was frustrating if you wanted to finish watching a show in bed that you were just watching in the family room. Overall, we definitely would stay in this unit again! This is our third time staying at Beach Colony. We love the layouts of the condos! So many windows with great views!
