Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The flat was very nice—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's hard to find the right words to describe the breathtaking atmosphere you experience in this incredible place. Every hour of the day offers different colors and sensations. The property is wonderful and well maintained in every aspect: the garden is full of different plants and flowers, the sea view is unparalleled, the BBQ is exciting, the apartment is very clean, perfect and equipped with every comfort, it is like being at home... but in a beautiful and unique place. The peace is total, it is the exact place to be able to disconnect and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The beaches in the surrounding area are all incredible and easily accessible. Do you have a dog? The accommodation is perfect for you! The main advantage, however, is another: Alessandra and Maurizio were two available, caring and kind hosts: it was a pleasure to meet them. We look forward to coming back!

Our stay in the small cottage with the wonderful garden was a hit for us. The location so close to the sea with the beautiful natural beach that we almost had to ourselves was unique. The small fine restaurant right by the sea was enchanting and the hosts very friendly. The garden is a highlight, all day you can find shade and sun, the garden is beautifully designed and offers various seating and lounging areas. The outdoor shower is perfect when you come from the beach. The garden is completely fenced, our dog loved the garden. The house itself is simple and functional. The bedroom with bright furniture is very pleasant. The house was sparkling clean. For those who love nature, peace and simplicity, the house is perfect. Thank you Frederica, everything was perfect.

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Villa Tore is great. The house is quietly located, near a small pebble beach. From Villa Tore you can easily explore the area and visit nice beaches. The house is fully equipped. The electricity and air conditioning could use an upgrade, but this did not bother us. The garden has lots of cosy spots to chill. Alice welcomed us very friendly and even filled the fridge with treats for us. She was always there for us if we had any questions. I can highly recommend Villa Tore.

We enjoyed it very much. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who led us to our accommodation. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. In addition, communication with the host in between via WhatsApp was very straightforward and comfortable. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. We would definitely come back!! It is only important to know that heating up the hot tub takes a really long time. So plan enough time ;-)

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

We felt very comfortable and found everything. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, balsamic vinegar, all necessary appliances and plates and cutlery were available in variety. The toilet paper was also enough for the first few days. Clean and nicely decorated and communication with Doriana was great and the check in was easy! We expected the garden a little bigger from the pictures, but it was totally sufficient, as we were often on the beach, which is really just a stone's throw away and is really great. We found the location a little outside, you always have to drive some serpentines over the mountain for a while to be in a larger city or the larger road. Nevertheless, this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, next time we might stay a few days shorter and book a second place on the west coast to have less driving time. We felt very comfortable at Gino's. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is new and everything was really very clean. The insect screens were new and the shutters could darken the rooms well. We have rarely experienced this before! We The shower outside and the roof terrace are a dream. You live very quietly here. The sea is close, although we liked Foxi Manna Beach better. Foxi Murgedu has a lot of seaweed currently - is otherwise certainly also great. You can hike in the area! You have to take garbage to the disposal station yourself, that's the way it is in this region, but it's also easy to do. Shopping before check-in makes sense, as you can buy few things directly on site. We were quickly helped with all concerns. We can only recommend the place. There is a cat living at the house.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

The house has magnificent views of the bay and the mountains. Breakfast on the terrace was always a treat. The arrival is easy to find with the description. Since it is a dead end and unfortunately there is no real turning option, you have to be a little careful when turning with somewhat larger cars. The house itself was equipped with everything you need. We also made a lot of use of the outdoor shower (2nd shower). Everything was very clean. The way to the beach is very short, which invites you to a morning swim. The area was quiet, probably also because of the travel time in October.
