Dog Friendly! Mid-Term Rental. Are you looking for a quiet secluded vacation away from the hustle and bustle? Look no further than our Pentwater cottage "As you wish." This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Family-friendly Pentwater cottage w/ big yard

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.
