Just stayed this weekend!! it was 4 of us staying and spacious and accommodating for all of us!! 100% recommend, hosts were absolutely amazing!! Beautiful space and great if you have a pet!! We definitely want to stay here again!

Candice was very welcoming and responsive. She made sure we had what we needed. Cute, clean space with an amazing shower. The location is great. 0.3 miles from the nearest metro. Parks and dog parks around the neighborhood. She gave us our space to come and go freely! She has two dogs upstairs that sometimes bark, but we are dog people (and have a barky one ourselves) so it wasn’t an issue for us. She quickly tries to quiet them down, and she’s understanding if your pet barks too. Good place for dog owners!

Location to Metro worked well for our adventures in WDC. Grocery available close and several easy to locate restaurants

What a great air bnb! Kristine has a gem in old town Alexandria! It’s in a perfect location and while parking can be a little tricky, we lucked out the entire weekend and never had to pay for it. This place was great for our family, even with 2 young ones! My husband and I loved drinking wine on the rooftop patio once our kids were asleep. I would 100% re-rent this home if we are ever in Alexandria again.

Tyler’s place is definitely worth five stars. It’s extremely clean, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and has all the accommodations you need. I’ve got a group of four or five friends who visit a different city every year to watch a baseball game and we were lucky to find this place. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with a short Uber ride to and from the Mall in DC. We typically will cook breakfast and dinner at home and explore the cities during the day. This house has one of the greatest kitchens I’ve ever seen, as well as a propane grill on the porch. What really put Tyler‘s place over the top for me was the little considerate touches he adds to each room. Whether it was kleenex, q-tips and makeup remover in every bathroom (which obviously we didn’t need 🤣), plenty of books and games, or a jar of coffee and sugar… this place has it all! I couldn’t recommend this listing more!!

Great place for a family! With small kids a hotel is a no go for us so this was the perfect spot to make sure our kids were able to get a good nights sleep before a long drive!

This is a great property for those visiting the DC area. Bedrooms each allow privacy (and the basement living space felt like its pwn secluded apartment!) but the communal spaces (deck/yard and living room) gave us wonderful social areas (we even invited some guests over for a luncheon "en plein air"). Close to anywhere you really want to go in the DC area (the Mall, DCA, Arlington/Alexandria) and plenty of local spots (the Harris Teeter is literally 3 minutes away!). A+ location.... you will not be disappointed with this beautiful house and yard/deck!

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very responsible host!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Wonderful! Communication was very responsive and helpful. The apt fit our needs perfectly. The parking , fitness trails, high ceilings, washer/dryer, quiet space and amenities are specific things that will bring us back to book again.

This family home radiates warmth and the personal tastes of its owners. It is welcoming, and comfortable with an exceptional kitchen, good beds, and interesting art. Our family of 3 and our dog were here on business. After a tiring day, the informally landscaped yard was a private, serene oasis just minutes away from urban activity. And the pool is more beautiful than its picture. Patricia is a perfect host in every way. We recommend her home highly and would rent it again.

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

The stay was exactly what my family needed in terms of size and comfort. It was easy to get to the downtown DC area to visit the Smithsonian museums and enjoy a few restaurants. The house looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too firm for me. For the upstairs master bedroom I prefer to sleep in complete darkness, so the light curtains let in more light than I liked and woke me up. I'd recommend bringing a fan if you like white noise and a cooler sleeping environment like I do. All of the amenities were great, and the backyard was a nice bonus! The bottom floor bedroom was neat as well and a lot cooler with less window light. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay! Grateful for the dog friendly accommodations while in town for a wedding. The suite was well equipped and nice to have a kitchen for light meal prep. Convenient location with Uber for wedding events. Lindsey was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again!

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

Julia is a very kind and considerate host.She pays attention to details. Julia’s property is very cosy, spacious and clean. We stayed at the basement space this trip and it is like a studio complete with all amenities for a short/long stay. The area is quiet and peaceful. When I travel to DC, my first choice is to stay at Julia’s. It’s like home away from home knowing that it will always meet expectations on cleanliness, amenities and security. We had an extended checkout time as the packing and storage of our graduate daughter’s belongings was very much delayed till our day of departure flight. ( my husband had gotten ill during this entire stay and that affected the planned packing and storage. Julia so very kindly granted the later checkout time given our late flight, not knowing that my husband was ill) Her kind gesture is very much appreciated. Given the rest my husband was able to have with the late checkout, he arrived London feeling much better. Thank you Julia

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Very very comfortable, immaculately clean and has everything you’ll need. Feels like home from day one and the off street parking was awesome. Very quiet neighbourhood and home. 🏠 every aspect of this home is designed for comfort. The outdoor space is very nice and the lights are on a timer to go on and go off. The high quality linens make you feel like you are in a luxury villa along with the quality furnishings. Easy check was just one more of the best parts of this Airbnb. You’ll not regret staying here, we loved it.

Joshua was a great host and the house was perfect for my family and dog. We had a great stay and would stay again. Very close to DC, Arlington and Alexandria restaurants and sites.
