What a great air bnb! Kristine has a gem in old town Alexandria! It’s in a perfect location and while parking can be a little tricky, we lucked out the entire weekend and never had to pay for it. This place was great for our family, even with 2 young ones! My husband and I loved drinking wine on the rooftop patio once our kids were asleep. I would 100% re-rent this home if we are ever in Alexandria again.

Tyler’s place is definitely worth five stars. It’s extremely clean, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and has all the accommodations you need. I’ve got a group of four or five friends who visit a different city every year to watch a baseball game and we were lucky to find this place. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with a short Uber ride to and from the Mall in DC. We typically will cook breakfast and dinner at home and explore the cities during the day. This house has one of the greatest kitchens I’ve ever seen, as well as a propane grill on the porch. What really put Tyler‘s place over the top for me was the little considerate touches he adds to each room. Whether it was kleenex, q-tips and makeup remover in every bathroom (which obviously we didn’t need 🤣), plenty of books and games, or a jar of coffee and sugar… this place has it all! I couldn’t recommend this listing more!!

Louise’s place was perfect for an active family of 3 - right by the W&OD trail, close to plenty of parks and other family-friendly activities, and easy access to the highway and metro. Everything was as described, clean, and ideal for a relaxed family vacation. We definitely plan on returning for future trips!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a great property for those visiting the DC area. Bedrooms each allow privacy (and the basement living space felt like its pwn secluded apartment!) but the communal spaces (deck/yard and living room) gave us wonderful social areas (we even invited some guests over for a luncheon "en plein air"). Close to anywhere you really want to go in the DC area (the Mall, DCA, Arlington/Alexandria) and plenty of local spots (the Harris Teeter is literally 3 minutes away!). A+ location.... you will not be disappointed with this beautiful house and yard/deck!

Great spot! Close to so much! Quiet walkable, neighborhood. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It is up a flight of stairs if mobility is an issue. Hosts were quick to reply and answer questions. We will definitely stay here again!

I loved the area, calm neighborhood, the inside is big enough to host up to 9 people. She respond very quick, I have good time, I would recommend it to friends.

John was very attentive and willing to resolve any issues. He also gave us some recommendations when we asked, which was very helpful. We had a problem, and he was very understanding. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has many amenities. If we returned to DC, we would definitely stay there again.

Dale’s Airbnb was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Lots of special touches throughout the dwelling. A great outdoor space in the front of the house that is surrounded by a perfectly manicured garden area, along with a private patio off the back bedroom. Totally perfect areas to enjoy the many selections of coffees he’s kindly provided. The neighborhood is located close to lots of fun restaurants and is easy to navigate to all the DC monuments. The only regret we had was that we didn’t book for a longer stay.. We’re already looking forward to returning.. Oh, And by the way.. we loved linens so much I asked Dale for the “insider” tip on where he purchased them.. I’m hoping to have as great a nights sleep as I did at his place!!

The place was comfortable and the highlight was its location! It is in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and it is at a walkable distance to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

The house was beyond perfect and truly made me feel at home. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t sad to leave. It was in a great location and very close to everything. The house has more than everything you could possibly need. If I ever come to DC again, I’ll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to everyone.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

An amazing place to stay with an even better host! The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything was within walking distance. We love the attention to the small details like the umbrellas, bags for groceries and metro cards. Even though we didn’t end up needing them we appreciated the thought that went into this place and care she took for us to feel at home. Would definitely stay again!

Heather is the most pleasant person, and the house is just amazing. It looks like you are in a art gallery. The house is very well located, you can walk to most of the touristic sites. If I ever go back to Washington, no doubt i am gonna stay there again.

My in laws and I had a great stay at Krystof's house. It was a great location for what we needed and we loved the grocery store down the street. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen. They were great hosts and when we had questions they were quick to respond and friendly. We will absolutely plan to stay again!

This home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Even though it's an older home with original wood on floors and stairs, the wall finishes looks fairly fresh and the kitchen is all upgraded with current amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a large backyard with lawn furniture, grass and trees. The sun room was so comfortable for seating and playing cards, and the office had a nice futon-type bed that folded out for extra sleeping space. The primary bedroom, walk in closet, and bath are super large and beautiful. Lots of restaurants were within a mile of the house, including a Trader Joe's. The only drawback was car sounds at night from Washington Blvd but we got used to it. During our reservation process, Aman addressed my many questions quickly and fully, particularly in terms of what they had for my 1 year old grandson (toys, high chair, port a crib). During our stay, we also communicated easily a few times as questions came up.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. Thank you so very much and let this be a stark reminder to hosts out there, that being good to people always comes with rewards. GT

Was a great stay overall, some little repairs needed around the house though. The outside porch doorknob was broken and also an almirah door in one of the rooms.

Great house with a fabulous pool! We enjoyed our time immensely. The decor is so fun! We had an issue with the tv the first night, and Kate had her handyman out the next day to fix it with zero interruption to us. Highly recommend!
