Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house 150 m from Playa Negra, Cahuita. Casa Verde boasts a lush garden and relaxing hammock area. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom and ensuite. The master bedroom has AIR CONDITIONING. The KING SIZE Bed has an amazing PILLOWTOP mattress. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake to the sounds of rain forest birds. The ground floor has one bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bedroom has a very comfortable double PILLOWTOP mattress. It is not air conditioned but has its own ceiling fan and is designed to take advantage of the ocean breeze. Due to an open staircase Casa Verde is not suitable for children under 12. Casa Verde has excellent internet and secure off street parking. The caretaker lives nearby and can assist with booking tours, car rental and more extensive itineraries of Costa Rica. Casa Verde is walking distance to Playa Negra, Cahuita National Park and the village of Cahuita, with its choice of restaurants and bars. Nearby there are yoga classes offered several times a week. Private transport can be arrangement from San Jose Airport to Cahuita or you can take the public bus from Central San Jose. The Public bus runs 5 times a day. Cahuita offers a very laid back way of life and has the stunning combination of beautiful beaches and a great selection of restaurants. My place is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples and groups. You can enjoy the view from the balcony and the privacy inside the house. Walking around the neighborhood gives you great spots for hiking and jogging, all in the middle of nature. Sightings of birds and monkeys are very common as they like the surroundings. The house is far enough from the center of Cahuita to have some quiet time, but close enough to go there to eat and buy groceries.
