Gorgeous place, 5 minute walk to Navarre Beach and right next to a private beach on the bay. The listing was just as described and very comfortable

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful - just as described and exactly like the photos! The entire space was spotless and clearly well cared for. The water pressure was perfect, the appliances were top-notch, and I already miss the bed. Ed was an attentive and welcoming host. If you get the chance, be sure to chat with him - he’s full of great recommendations and made us feel at home. Thank you again - we can’t wait to return!

We took a girls trip and stayed at Art’s place and it was nothing but amazing! They responded to all questions almost instantly and were so kind! The house was so cute and clean inside! We loved everything about it! It’s super close to everything but especially the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! 💗
