We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable accommodations. Beautiful view from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Just what we were looking for. Very relaxing.

Condo was very clean, well maintained and nicely appointed. Appliances were of very high quality and worked well. Kitchenware and cookware was plentiful, well maintained and uniform. Access to the beach was convenient and the complimentary beach chairs were available daily. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the views of the Gulf. Eric was very responsive to the few questions we asked If you enjoy a beach vacation this is a great place to visit

We had a fabulous week here. The place was perfect for our group of 6. The location was perfect. It was quiet and not as busy as Destin and Pensacola Beach which is what we were looking for. Both Destin and Pensacola were only a 25 minute drive for excursions and more restaurants options. The only complaint I have is there was a huge lack of supplies in the unit - 1 garbage bag, 1 paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms, no laundry soap. If I had known we would have brought these things instead we had to venture 20 minutes to a Walmart for these things. Other than that it was a great place. We’d come back for sure.

Great location with fabulous views. Close to the pier, which was nice to take a walk. Also, walking paths down the street were nice. Super easy in & out location w/ easy parking, ramps & carts for getting luggage/groceries inside. We loved the ramp over the dunes to the beach & the super nice, beach chair guys. This is a great place to stay with very nice & friendly hosts. They were always extremely quick in responding. We would love to rent from them again.

Perfect and Peaceful! We loved this condo. The location by the pier is great. Close to a few restaurants and right on the beach. Having a lovely balcony to look out into the gulf was amazing. The furniture was super comfy, especially the oversized couches! The beds and linens were all comfy and clean. Plenty of towels were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked as well. The pool was convenient and the beach location could not be beat! The house felt really cozy and we felt right at home and restful. I’d definitely stay again!

Lori Ann was so kind and friendly. Her place was very clean and nice. I loved the view from the balcony drinking my morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean. The shower was very nice plenty of hot water and pressure! I would highly recommend staying if you get a chance. Can’t beat the view of the beach and was great for watching the fireworks Wednesday night and didn’t have to move. Great place!🥰

This little space was perfect for my husband and I! It has the most beautiful view and great amenities!

I brought my service dog with me, and Bill was very understanding and helpful. He even sent me dog parks in the area. He also was able to provide early check in, and I didn’t even ask! That just shows how kind and understanding he can be. I would definitely recommend his place and this location. Thank you!

Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

With all the concerning hotel reviews in the area, I was thrilled to book Breanna’s place. It was an amazing value for what you get, two beautiful rooms, well appointed kitchen, an outdoor pool and water access on the property! She had everything you could possibly need including Netflix for the kids while I took a long shower :) We will absolutely stay here again and recommend her listing to friends and family.

It’s a wonderful beach and beautiful surroundings. The pool was a nice size. It didn’t feel overcrowded. The balcony with the table and chairs had a great view of the ocean.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Our stay was great! The location is wonderful- very peaceful but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The space was exactly as described and we were provided with all of the basics that we would need. Will definitely book this unit again for our next destin trip!

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

Great Condo! Had all the amenities that you could need. This was our first time staying at Navarre beach-very peaceful and calm. Beautiful view of the ocean right out the balcony and it was nice hearing the sound of the waves at night. Would recommend.
