Beachfront vacation rentals in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

First impression was great & remained great! The bottom floor was spacious with full kitchen, full bath, comfy furniture, slider that opened to porch overlooking a lake. Beautiful! Upstairs are two full bedrooms with plenty of storage. Beds were comfy w/great linens. The outside storage contains a washer/dryer & beach equipment. Definitely a 10 - the space was a lot better than some small hotel room. Very close to the dog beach, which the dogs enjoyed the beach and lake with ducks/frogs. And just a walk to the public beach. Did have a problem with the door code but the host answered back quickly. However, the issue was resolved. The area was great and felt like not on vacation. We will be rebooking!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

Donnell's place was exceptionally clean! They messaged us providing clear instructions and checked to see if everything was up to our expectations. I would highly recommend.

This is a great family place to go peaceful and fun not crazy with teenagers close to action if you want to find it

Condo was very clean, well maintained and nicely appointed. Appliances were of very high quality and worked well. Kitchenware and cookware was plentiful, well maintained and uniform. Access to the beach was convenient and the complimentary beach chairs were available daily. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the views of the Gulf. Eric was very responsive to the few questions we asked If you enjoy a beach vacation this is a great place to visit

Everything was wonderful and as presented. Beautiful and sleek. Great getaway for two. Bay beach and pier right outside the back door.

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

My family really enjoyed our time in Miramar Beach. The condo was on the 10th floor in the Majestic Sun Building A. It’s walking distance to the beach right across the road and it’s a beautiful beach with great swimming. Shallow for the kids. Beach service is available for $50 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella. The condo comes stocked with chairs and kids beach toys if you want to just setup your own spot. Pompano Joe’s is about a mile down the road and I highly suggest it for seafood dinner with a beach view and great drinks. The resort has a nice pool with an indoor and an outdoor area and hot tubs closes at 10pm nightly. Parking is easy in the club Wyndham garage right next door. There’s a little ice cream shop, chocolatier in the resort for late night snacks. The beach is great for a late night walk or for the kids to hunt sand crabs in the evening. The views of the Gulf from the condo are top tier. We will for sure be back in the future.

Jan's place was the perfect getaway from home. My husband, younger brother, and I had a wonderful time there. On a few days, the red and purple flags kept us from going into the ocean, but that didn’t matter—we had the swimming pool at Jan's place all to ourselves! Wherever we go, I love cooking all our meals, and I was happy to find all the kitchen utensils and cookware I needed. We truly thank Jan for letting us stay at his place.

We had a fabulous week here. The place was perfect for our group of 6. The location was perfect. It was quiet and not as busy as Destin and Pensacola Beach which is what we were looking for. Both Destin and Pensacola were only a 25 minute drive for excursions and more restaurants options. The only complaint I have is there was a huge lack of supplies in the unit - 1 garbage bag, 1 paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms, no laundry soap. If I had known we would have brought these things instead we had to venture 20 minutes to a Walmart for these things. Other than that it was a great place. We’d come back for sure.

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

We had a small party of women for this trip. Forrest’s condo is the extra aspect of our trip that made the vacation wonderful! We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community, especially in the condo. It was nice that the condo offers luggage carts to take luggage up/down the elevators. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors or those still on the beach at night while I was trying to sleep. The furnishings are great quality. The access to the beach was easy. We were grateful for the chairs Forrest provided on top of the 2 offered on the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were close enough that we walked to several. Forrest was quick to respond (mostly needed for helping me figure out how to work things like the dehumidifier lol) anytime I contacted him and always so polite. The beach was constantly full of families and couples. The atmosphere on the beach also felt safe enough that I stayed there alone a few times. Excellent time!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beachfront Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals while enjoying the stunning sunset from the patio. Waking up each morning to the sun rising over the water was a magical experience that I’ll never forget. The location is perfect—close to local attractions but still offering a peaceful retreat. I spent my days lounging on the beach, exploring nearby shops, and indulging in delicious seafood at local restaurants. Overall, this beachfront Airbnb exceeded my expectations. We are already looking into our next trip

Lovely home with everything that we needed. The home worked well for 4 adults, Yorkie dog and a toddler. We walked to the beach and also to the bay, used the bikes to bike to buy snow cones, and loved the pool. The little area for a dog was wonderful and the storage area provided everything we needed for the pool and beach ( even a wagon, chairs and sand toys!) I liked that the floor plan was split with two bedrooms and a bath on either side of the combo living area and kitchen. This allowed for some privacy. Wonderful location close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. We had a wonderful time and we are so appreciative of you opening your home to us!

Great stay for 2! Easy walk to the beach, clean and updated space. Thankfully there were beach chairs (either leftover from another guest or from the hosts) that we were able to use as well. Would return :)
