***Welcome Ricketts Glen Hikers

GloriaRating, 5 stars13 months ago
We enjoyed camping at Jaqueline’s home space. They were very accommodating when we requested a different spot! It wasn’t as private as the pictures lead but that means the “amenities” are close. A fridge to put cold stuff in, outlets to charge your phone and porta pots. They check in on you often (maybe too much 😊) and their house is in the same place your camping area is so they are always close by. I didn’t love all the metal and wooden furniture pieces all over the property but we still enjoyed nature, the creek walk, having a campfire and falling asleep to the rain! NOTE: wood is $13/11 small pieces of wood

Waterfall Solar Cabin and Skoolie (Feat. on HGTV)

EliseRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This place was even better than the pictures. It was absolutely magical, and we want to come back soon! The kids had a great time staying in the skoolie camper, and the bed for us in the loft was the most comfortable Air BnB bed we have ever slept on. The fireplace made it so cozy and the views were phenomenal. The waterfall is so close you can see the cabin from it. Absolutely gorgeous. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars we would!
An inviting sleeping area is featured inside the Scotty trailer, showcasing a double bed with a colorful star-patterned quilt. Soft pillows of various shapes and colors are arranged on the bed. Bright, patterned curtains frame the window, and storage cabinets are visible nearby.

Halfmoon Hollow Campground

JakeRating, 5 stars15 months ago
Elle was extremely amiable, and was easy to communicate with. The setting was a great woodsy outdoor campsite that could easy house a small family (2-3 humans plus dogs) for a weekend or however long getaway. Location was an easy 15-20 minutes from the nearest walmart and shopping section and 5 minutes away from a local gas station. Stay was simple, fun, and good to get out of drywall and fiberglass boxes for a bit.

Glamping at Camp Bluestone Hike, bike, golf, fish

MelissaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Booked the tent but the weather was worse than I anticipated. I had to stay in a hotel for the night but Lisa was able to upgrade me to a cabin at no extra charge for the rest of my stay which I was so grateful for. The place was quite, private and really nice. The comunal space was cool and the cabin itself was very clean and cosy. I will definitely be back!

We wanted to try something a little different and Judy’s place delivered. We had such a relaxing time while we were out there. Super responsive and helpful. Plenty of activities and beautiful scenery. Only sad part is that we didn’t catch any fish (hehe). Would highly recommend if you want to detach and get immersed with the outdoors. Campfires, smores and plenty of gear for outdoor activities.

So peaceful and beautiful! This is my 2nd time staying at this cabin. Absolutely love it. There is 2 cabins on this lot but with the trees and distance you don’t even notice the other cabin. We had our 2 dogs with us. My German shepherd absolutely loved it she just wanted to stay outside. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Silver Sun Retreat

RaymondRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife and I are avid RV campers. When I discovered this listing, we decided to leave our motorhome at home for this relatively quick trip. We also have been wanting to have an Airstream experience. It was great. For a 50+ year old unit, it was amazing. Not without its quirks, we felt at home immediately. Norman was responsive and attentive to our needs and wants. As others have mentioned, the twin beds and their foam mattresses, are delightful. We did have a bit of rain, but were able to have 3 campfires during our week. If you intend to have a campfire, ask Norm for a poker. The weather was chilly, so we needed to use the heat at night. It was nice to have all the windows open during the day. We will consider this in the future if the need arises! Thank you Norman!

Glamping at Raystown Lake

LennyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
My family and I was looking for a cozy place to stay for a mountain bike adventure weekend. This was the ideal set up, it was perfect size for family of 4, convenient ly located, literally 7 mins drive to the trailhead one way or 6mins drive to the Visitor Center & Skills Park. Place was clean, comfortable with a hot water shower. Michael (host) was extremely accommodating, left the lights on for us knowing we were arriving late. Was also flexible with checkout as we had a Sunday morning event to attend. This was truly a “glamping” experience for us. Will definitely return next year.

1971 Airstream Land Yacht

KimberlyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Awesome stay. From the bathtub to the bed. Loved it being an air stream. Best part was the hot water is on demand and never runs out. Highest I've ever been able to fill a bathtub. Priceless and worth the money. I was the mother of the bride and it was great to have the entire party staying there. Little pavilion site was great for rehearsal dinner get together. No Internet service, but that isn't always a bad thing. Thank You Ashley.

Britnee’s place was amazing. It was extremely quiet and away from civilization, which was exactly what we wanted. The site had a cozy ambience which made it perfect to relax and unwind. We slept like babies! It was extremely clean too which was awesome considering it’s a glamping tent. When traveling here again, I would book this again 100%!

Harvest Hideaway

WilliamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I cannot recommend Valerie and her working farm getaway highly enough. We rented their 30-foot Class A RV (with a full wall slide) on the property and it was super comfortable and fun to stay in for my family. She is a very gracious and helpful host. My only regret is that we were so busy with my daughter's graduation at nearby Penn State University that I did not have time to stop by their onsite farm stand to buy some farm fresh eggs to take home. Next time.
