Monthly Rentals in Penne

The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Penne. The location is very good and the view from the top balcony is lovely. In advance, we received a very good and detailed description of the place and recommendations for restaurants and other things in the immediate area. This place can really be recommended.

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

We enjoyed walking around the historic center and shopping in local shops. Beautiful views from the apartment with a fantastic balcony for breakfast and a glass of wine.

I was with friends in this apartment, in the countryside adjacent to the beautiful village of Farindola. The house is cozy and very spacious. Surrounded by beautiful companions. Greetings to the inhabitants of the area, really good people.
