I was looking for a peaceful and quiet place to recharge and refocus. Marie-Annick's studio is the perfect place for those who want tranquility. I would even say ideal for one person. it's quiet, in the middle of nature. there is the possibility of parking at the foot of the entrance gate. We had a pleasant stay. The weather was great, we were able to fully enjoy the wonderful outdoors and especially the pool! Very chic apartment with incredible view in a quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed staying here. Parking at the free lot across the bridge was easy! I would recommend only bringing what you need if your bags are heavy because there are a lot of stairs to get the apartment!

Original apartment with brick vaults where you feel good, although a little dark, but probably cool in summer. Quiet despite its location in the city center, very convenient for visiting everything on foot. Pascale had made some food available for our arrival. Good bedding, large walk-in shower. The only small downside when you come by car is the difficulty of finding a place in the free parking below.

Tastefully arranged and very well equipped, clean and cozy. I had some difficulties on arrival to find the address due to rainy weather and work on the nearby bridge. On the other hand, no problem parking. Communication with my host was perfect. Would definitely stay again again for a future stay.

We are traveling by bicycle on the lot. The place was ideal for us. You have everything you need, even a washing machine. The bikes are safe on the enclosed property. Hosts are very kind and interested. Thanks for the beautiful accommodation!

Small apartment ideal for a couple or single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city center, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were neither in July nor in August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). Except for this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation as described, and very welcoming. Peaceful place to unwind, beautiful site and unlimited entertainment nearby at the end of the summer period. Responsive host and savvy tips that have allowed us to do more than we expected.
