The stunning country estate location has a secluded, calm feel but with easy access to shopping, pubs, dining, and other facilities plus nearby woodland and coastal walks and cycle paths. The cottage sleeps five in two double and one single bedrooms, including a double in the loft room for able adults or teens only. Outside dining and seating area with wonderful views, ample on site parking.

Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. Zipworld is about 6 miles away. It’s an easy walk down into the village with marina, pubs and bistro. Elliot recommends on YouTube!

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 8 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
