The house is 100m from the seaside. Thanks to the immediate proximity of the best surfing, boarding and kite spots, or the sheltered beaches in the south of the town you can enjoy many nearby white sand beaches.

Charming Breton house completely renovated by an architect in 2024. It is situated in a small charming hamlet in a quiet area with its 14th century chapel, pretty cottages and menhirs. The famous La Torche beach (world-famous surf spot) is a 20-minute walk away via a hiking trail. The house is located on our property, it is adjoining ours but has its own entrance and private enclosed garden of about 350 m2.
