Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Peninsula Township

Katy’s place was extremely clean and presented very nicely! The bed was super comfortable and the accommodations were overall very nice! Katy’s texts were always informative and she responded quickly which I appreciated! I came for the Bayshore Marathon and the location was very convenient and you could walk to packet pickup. Restaurants and shops are close by. Downtown Traverse City is a short drive and we didn’t have a problem finding parking. Overall , my husband and I enjoyed Katy’s place and would stay there again next time we are in Traverse City!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

We loved our stay at jeffrey’s place! From the pictures, we were expecting it to be great but it exceeded our high expectations! The location is perfect for exploring traverse city. The decor is elevated and the space was more than sufficient for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds felt high-end. It’s not often when all bedrooms have a king bed! We were thrilled. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, quiet neighborhood, close to town and lake. Overall, a nice place to stay, reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in was flawless and smooth, just as the directions clearly explained. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. The only complaint I'd make is minor and that is that there are only 4 parking spots behind the condo so all but one night we had to pay $20 for the parking garage next to the condo. Luckily the parking garage is so close that this wasn't a problem but did add cost to our rental that we weren't expecting. But, overall we really like this condo and this location! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Northern Nest is everything you need as a dandy place to hang your hat while exploring or visiting in Traverse City. Very comfortable furnishings, and the absolute bonus of mattresses that don't scream to be replaced! Essentially, the first BNB bed that I have found to be comfortable! Everything is clean and welcoming, and Morgan responded rapidly to any inquiries.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

It checks every box: super clean, incredibly comfortable, and convenient - perfect location close to downtown Traverse City and just a short drive to so many great local adventures. Erin is an exceptional host. Thoughtful, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations. You can truly feel how much she cares about both the home and her guests. This was our second stay here, and it definitely won’t be our last!

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

We had a great time at Debra and Greg’s Traverse City house! It was very comfortable and kid friendly. I definitely recommend this place for families visiting the area. So easy to get out and walk around the neighborhood and go to shops!

He was very responsive to all of my questions. He reached out to check in and see how we were doing. My only critique was that we didn’t realize when booking the house was on such a main road and so using the hot tub was a bit of an interesting experience. That being said the house was insulated such that you didn’t get blasted with traffic noise so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great experience!

The house was spacious inside and outside (fenced backyard and large deck) and worked well for our needs. Dog amenities like water bowls and towels definitely appreciated! Hosts are kind and responsive, an issue came up with coffeemaker and they fixed it right away. The walk out basement area is cute and also has some really cool features like infrared sauna!! Would stay again if back in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in the Traverse City Commons! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to everything, yet still feels tucked away. For the size and quality of the condo, it’s a surprisingly affordable find. Definitely a hidden gem—we’ll be recommending it to friends and would love to stay again!

Plenty of room. - Host went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay - providing toiletries, noise machine, etc. Incredibly thoughtful. - Check out/clean up requests were completely reasonable. Great place to stay!! Would definitely stay again on our next trip up!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

Our little family had a great time at Laurie’s place! As the saying goes, “Location, location, location!” We were in town for a specific purpose, but this would’ve been a great spot to launch downtown adventures from or to check out the West Bay beach area more. Laurie had clear check-in communication, her place was really clean, and it had all the amenities we needed for a quick family weekend in town.

We had a great time during our visit to Traverse City and Jennifer’s condo at the Capri was perfect for our stay - close to Front Street and some our favorite places like Firefly, Rare Bird and The Parlor. Highly recommend!
