The apartment has been lovingly renovated and comfortably furnished. You sleep in a double bed made of solid wood. A baby/ junior bed is available. The open living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Satellite TV available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for both a longer and shorter stay: coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, fridge (without freezer compartment), dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a disabled fair shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning..In the outdoor area, a sitting area on the yard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill invite you to linger. The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
