Vacation rentals with beach access in Penha

Our stay was simply charming! We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who take care of every detail with love. The apartment is beautiful, very cozy: everything is very clean, organized, with fragrant and new linens and towels. The kitchen has everything we need, and the whole environment conveys care and hospitality. The building is very well maintained, with a parking space, and the location is great: Beto Carrero is close, about 15 minutes by car, perfect for those with families. There is also a nearby market, which makes it much easier. It was a beautiful experience with the family, one of those that warms the heart. I highly recommend it, with special gratitude to the host Dulce!

The place is just like the photos, and it's very close to everything in Penha. You can walk to Beto Carrero and the beach. If you want to go to other beaches, it is very fast by car. Very quiet and safe. If you want to make breakfast it's good to take some things from home, but if you want to buy, there's a wholesaler next door and a bakery 5 minutes' walk. Take your linens, dryer, soap and towels for an even quieter stay. We would definitely return.

The apartment is impeccable! Everything is very beautiful, clean and well organized, with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. We were greeted by Rafael's father, a lovely man and a super nice person, who made us feel totally at ease. The location is also great, especially for those going to Beto Carrero – it was perfect for our family trip. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The experience of staying in Américo and Simone's apartment was great. The apartment is charming, comfortable, with everything we needed and very clean. The place is exactly as shown in the photo, no surprises. The house faces the beach, very comfortable for those with children and who do not want to waste time with a car. Local commerce is vast, which makes it easy to practically leave the car and walk. The beach is very quiet, no cars pass by, only a walking trail, at night only the sound of the sea.

The house is great. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, and well-organized bedding. It has two dining tables, one in the living room and another in the gourmet area that served 14 people very well. The yard is very nice and perfectly accommodated the three cars we were in, with plenty of space left in the yard for the kids to play. Anyway, the house met our expectations very well. This was the second time we went to Beto Carreiro and most likely we won't be back due to the age of our children, but if we had plans to return to the park, we would certainly rent this house normally.

The house is cozy and safe. It is also quiet. The bedding is soft and the place is very quiet. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Really very good.

Very clean and complete place, there was a bath towel for all guests, blanket, pillow. Near the park and the street that has shops. The kitchen is complete with all utensils. The house is new, well painted, with air conditioning. Amamos and will return more often

Quiet accommodation, everything very clean and organized, there are several leisure options in the building such as a swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive, made us feel at ease, gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants, anyway, I will certainly recommend it to my friends and will return more often, we did not take much advantage of the leisure that the building offered because we went out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... anyway, we simply loved it

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

Our stay went well, it accommodated 4 adults and a child. We had a small unforeseen event with a clogged toilet, and Vanderlei responded and got a quick solution! Our only considerations were that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper available for 4 days, but we ended up buying it at the market. We also need more dish towels and larger pots (because there are 5 of us and we make all meals in the apartment). Everything went well! We would go back!

Wonderful apartment, everything in place, very nice space, very familiar neighborhood. Everything nearby, pharmacy, butcher, bakery… it was really worth it, our family loved it!
