Casainha is exactly as described! Super close to the beach and was walking to Beto Carrero as well. Jéssica respindeu super fast when we need her! Super recommend!

We were well served, the house was organized and clean ( I scored in the ERONEAMENTE app the week for the location and we arrived only a week before the planned hahaha...) even then we were met on readiness and as the date was vacant, it ended up all right, even with this error, the hostess was willing to help us and left everything in perfect condition. The house corresponds exactly to the listing, it is worth it, it is comfortable and close to everything. Here I congratulate and thank you for the great stay and service.

The location's strong point is sea front. Host was extremely flexible on chech-in and check-out Bed linen and towel games excellent quality and limpicimo. All rooms with air conditioning working perfectly The weak point of the house is the lawn, as the house does not stop clean. We'll definitely be back next time

The place is exactly as shown in the photo, no surprises. The house faces the beach, very comfortable for those with children and who do not want to waste time with a car. Local commerce is vast, which makes it easy to practically leave the car and walk. The beach is very quiet, no cars pass by, only a walking trail, at night only the sound of the sea.

We took a car trip of just over 10 hours, which is the way we like it, and when we arrived in Penha at Raquel's house, it was a very good satisfaction because the house has a great quality. We really felt at home, very comfortable, and we highly recommend it for families who want a few days of rest and fun, because Beto Carrero Park is very close and we left the cars in the garage and walked to the park. The house is great. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, and well-organized bedding. It has two dining tables, one in the living room and another in the gourmet area that served 14 people very well. The yard is very nice and perfectly accommodated the three cars we were in, with plenty of space left in the yard for the kids to play. Anyway, the house met our expectations very well. This was the second time we went to Beto Carreiro and most likely we won't be back due to the age of our children, but if we had plans to return to the park, we would certainly rent this house normally.

The residence is impeccable, great location for anyone who wants to go to Beto Carrero on foot, easily! Ana always answers questions, made recommendations for several places to eat, sent a video with the best route to the park and the beach (I thought it was wonderful)! The beds smelled good, the house was impeccable, extra blankets, all items in perfect condition and far beyond the description, I recommend it without fear! The stay was wonderful!

Our stay was simply charming! We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who take care of every detail with love. The apartment is beautiful, very cozy: everything is very clean, organized, with fragrant and new linens and towels. The kitchen has everything we need, and the whole environment conveys care and hospitality. The building is very well maintained, with a parking space, and the location is great: Beto Carrero is close, about 15 minutes by car, perfect for those with families. There is also a nearby market, which makes it much easier. It was a beautiful experience with the family, one of those that warms the heart. The experience of staying in Américo and Simone's apartment was great. The apartment is charming, comfortable, with everything we needed and very clean. The stay at the house was a very good experience, and met our expectations. Our stay went well, it accommodated 4 adults and a child. We had a small unforeseen event with a clogged toilet, and Vanderlei responded and got a quick solution! Our only considerations were that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper available for 4 days, but we ended up buying it at the market. We also need more dish towels and larger pots (because there are 5 of us and we make all meals in the apartment). Everything went well! We would go back!

The gas showers work very well, the mattresses are comfortable and the bedding is of good quality. The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils we need, and the living room is spacious and very cozy. The location is great too! There is an Atacadão market nearby, with a butcher shop and bakery, which made our daily lives much easier. The apartment is safe and is very close to Beto Carrero. We took an Uber, and for four people the ride was less than R$10. It would also be possible to go on foot, but as we had a small child, we opted for comfort. On the neighborhood's main street, there are several restaurant and bar options, perfect for those who prefer not to cook. We definitely recommend and will be back!
