Our lodges are set in 6 acres of grounds offering a peaceful countryside experience in the heart of mid Wales. The lodges have outstanding views over the wildlife pond & surrounding countryside. Oakwood is a family-friendly retreat in the Mid Wales countryside, perfect for quality time together. We accept bookings for up to two adults and one or two children (under 18), and do not accommodate adult-only groups. Enjoy our private stretch of river for fishing, paddleboarding, and canoeing, with scenic walks and cycling routes nearby. Local pubs, shops, and restaurants are within 1.5 miles, making it an ideal base to explore the area.

The Church is a charming converted Victorian church situated in a peaceful setting in the friendly town of Oswestry. The three-bedroom property retains many beautiful features with vaulted ceiling and rustic oak beams. The contemporary decor in the lounge offers a cosy place to enjoy the spectacular country views, with custom made arched windows and an open plan kitchen. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard, is suitable for families and is also designed with the disabled in mind with wide doorways, a wet room and a ramped front entrance. The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and ample cookware and crockery.
