Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Situated in its own private garden, with chiminea, paved area, garden furniture and complete with meadow view's the cabin has its own drive, private access, contact free check in and is 1 pet friendly (contact us for more) The 1 bedroom cabin comes complete with everything you need - as well as fast wifi - for a rural retreat whilst being a short drive from nearby towns and villages for anything else you may need.

Annexe to our 16th century rural home come here to; relax, pamper and replenish yourselves - afterall you deserve it ! We're found down a bumpy farm track, with views over fields & cider orchards. Or chill on comfy seating / sun loungers in the 'Italian style' south facing courtyard or relax in the private wood-fired hot tub (bespoke optional chargeable extras avail).

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of beautiful Eardisland, one of the villages on the Black and White trail. Eardisland Lodge is located on the edge of the village with gorgeous views over the countryside but only a few minutes walk from the 2 public houses, village shop and tea room. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, a shower room an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a spacious outdoor patio area to watch the breath taking sunsets.

For keen walkers the famous Offa's Dyke is less than 7 miles away.

The Granary at the Crooked House

***We are located in England, not Wales. NOTE the staircase is very steep so young children will need to be supervised when upstairs. A cosy, rustic retreat in the heart of stunning Borders countryside. We are able to provide a contact free check-in and check-out. I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.

Escape to "The Smithy", a beautifully converted 17th century Blacksmiths Barn in rural surroundings. Relax in the vaulted ceiling living room with log burner, leather sofa, pine table and chairs, super fast broadband and Sony TV. Sleep in the cosy 5ft brass bed, soak in the deep bath or rain shower in the bathroom. Cook up a storm in the modern fitted kitchen. Enjoy stargazing in the secluded garden with fire pit. Sorry, no pets or children.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
