Perfect weekend getaway. It’s close to plenty of good fishing spots and surrounded by beautiful nature. Very quiet neighborhood and very clean and cozy accommodations.

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at Little Red! Sue is a phenomenal host; whether it was accommodating our unexpected early arrival or sharing the secret behind the fresh scent of her linens, Sue went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our needs. The property itself is also worthy of praise. Little Red is located on an accessible road, making it easy to come and go year round. This makes it easy to enjoy the local attractions, especially with Sue’s detailed recommendations left on-site. Summertime visitors will love the convenient access to the lake as well as the amenities Sue provides, such as fishing equipment and water toys to explore the lake. Winter visitors will also appreciate features like a wood stove and plenty of wood. It is not an easy task to make someone feel at home while on vacation, but Little Red truly felt like our home away from home during our stay, and we are already considering a return visit in the fall. What a beautiful place! It was super easy to find, even though it felt like a cozy hideaway in the woods. Checking in and out was a breeze, which made everything so smooth. I loved waking up each morning, sipping coffee, and taking in the stunning sunrise over the lake; it was so peaceful! There’s a bar next door, but we didn’t hear a thing and slept like babies. The accommodations had everything we could possibly need, and if we needed anything extra, Walmart and other stores were just about 20 minutes away. Overall, it was just perfect. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful space with gorgeous lake view. Lots of amenities - kayaks, SUP, fire pit, toiletries, coffee, etc. Cute and cozy interior. Would highly recommend!
