Das 300 Jahre alte Haus liegt in einem Dorf in der Nähe des Nationalparks Skutarisee, 15 km von der Hauptstadt Podgorica und 45 km von Budva entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Weinbergen und Wiesen. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, Fußballtore, etc. Die Verbindungstreppe zwischen den Stockwerken ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Es stehen neben dem Doppel- (160cm) noch zwei Ausziehbetten (140cm) zur Verfügung.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The lake house is located in the heart of Shiroke with direct views of Lake Shkodra and offers all you need for a pleasant stay in and around Shkodra. This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
