A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

The cottage features a black and wooden exterior, designed with large windows. A spacious deck wraps around the front, complemented by a railing and steps leading down through the snow. Surrounding trees and a blanket of snow create a serene winter setting.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).

The apartment is on the top floor of the elevator house, on the quiet courtyard side, and has a spacious balcony. In addition to wifi, there's Chromecast and a big 4K TV. The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140.

There's a view of the city's public sandy beach from the backyard. Through the forest about 100 steps, 0.5km along the road. One bicycle can be made available during the visit. I hope guests will follow the rules of the building and live in my home with respect. One of the triangle rooms is locked and not available to guests.

The house is a great center for a family holiday, or a nice add-on to your business trip. 1 hour from the Airport/Helsinki. Beautiful nature around, and the sights of Hämeenlinna.

Very nice modern place in a nice location. Check-in and check-out were negotiated very flexibly because we had challenges with schedules. I recommend this place for travelers in Hml. A shop and, for children, a sandbox/swing right next door.

The apartment is in a great location and really cozy. Everything was neat and nothing was missing. There were no problems and everything worked great. Big thanks!
