Restaurants are about 1-3 km away. The numerous lakes can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Augsburg, Füssen (royal castles) are about 40-60 km away. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Nice restaurants in walkable distance. Andrea was very responsive especially since we booked this place short in advance. If you like to experience modern Bavarian living in a small quiet village this the place to be.

The space on the edge of farm is very nicely designed and everything you need is provided. Exactly as the photos show. Relaxing and attractive living space, with a loft bedroom in one side, a more private bedroom at other end of the house. Very easy to find with parking at front door. We stayed for 4 nights - family of 4, heaps of space and relaxed before and after our days out exploring the local and extended alp areas. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
