Skirinish Farm cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard. Great for a romantic getaway, the cottage is at the end of a private road, situated close to the sea on a private peninsula. Relax in the cottage or use it as a base to explore the many attractions on Skye. Close to the main village of Portree and the harbour at Uig with access to the Outer Hebrides the cottage is perfectly situated. The cottage has good WIFI, perfect for WFH. Warm and cosy in winter as well as summer.

The cottage has a rich history. previously a dance hall and meeting place for the Home guard in World war 2. This cottage will give you a warm hug when you return each day from your outdoor adventures. Please note, the upstairs has low sloped ceilingsThe second room is set up as a dressing room. Not suitable for Children, infants or elderly with mobility issues to narrow staircase. 2 able Adults only. Most importantly, can't be compared to a pod caravan, chalet or bus.

Beautiful setting by the sea. 10 minute drive from Portree. Close to local bus route. Plenty of local wildlife to sit and observe. Within walking distance of local hotel, for evening meals or drinks at the bar. Outside area with seating provided to enjoy. We now have WiFi available to guests. Earlier (from 4pm) check-in available on certain days - please message to inquire. Small but well formed- the pod is 3 meters x 4.8 meters.

Skeabost View Chalet is a charming two-bedroom chalet nestled in a serene location in Tote on the Isle of Skye. In the other direction is Dunvegan roughly a 16 mile drive where you can visit Dunvegan castle and gardens.
