Hugh's Highland Hideaway

ShellyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Hugh's cottage was absolutely perfect. It is exactly as described. Hugh was very responsive and helpful. And we were lucky enough to stay during lambing season and enjoyed the local baby lambs. Not to mention it's very close and convenient to all the major sites to see. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!
An outdoor deck area features a wooden dining table set for breakfast, with plates and mugs arranged thoughtfully. Scenic views of the surrounding green hills and blue sky complete the tranquil outdoor dining experience.

2 Bed in Isle of Skye (75068)

FabianRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place is exactly as beautiful as described. We felt right at home and spent 3 great nights there. The place has everything you need and was very clean. The landlord was very friendly and also lives around the corner, so we greeted and met each other several times, which made us very happy. We also received a welcome greeting, which we really thought was great. All in all, we would definitely recommend the place.

Hawthorn Cottage

Great stay in a lovely cottage and super dog friendly which makes it so much easier. Hosts were very responsive, water went off a couple of mornings but after a quick message to our hosts it was fixed within 30 minutes and they also brought big bottles of spare water round for emergency. Definitely recommend this stay and we will be back!!

Skye Earth House - Luxury - Accommodation

TessaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Skye Earth House is a really special place. The building is set beautifully into the landscape with everything finished stylishly and to the highest specification (great choice of local interest books!) . But what makes it spectacular is the setting: hidden away at the end of a farm track, beautiful views out over the loch, sheep and cows grazing over the fence, and even a medieval fort to discover just a short walk away. All this, and the house is within easy distance of Portree and Uig so it’s ideal for exploring the island. Peter was a great, communicative host. Highly recommended!
A sunset casts a warm glow over the water, creating shimmering reflections on the surface. Silhouettes of distant hills frame the scene, while a boat passes by the wooden pier extending into the bay. Fencing lines the foreground, enhancing the serene landscape.

Lovely spot in the countryside just outside of Uig. Spectacular views from every window. Fiona was an awesome host, very helpful, she had set up a small info spot of the Isle of Skye and things to do. Instructions on how to get there were perfect. Fairy Nook was aptly name and we had a great stay

The Cow Shed @ Morven House Pods

My wife and I were touring Scotland on our honeymoon - we used this place as a rest stop to prepare us to tour the isle of skye the next day. It was a great location and very peaceful. The host was super nice and provided us with a good breakfast to start our day off. She greeted us when we arrived and was super friendly. This was one of our favorite stays - I would highly recommend!

Forest View

LizzieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This place was so cute and had everything we needed and more. As well as all the essentials such as towels, bed linen etc, Leah also provided some really nice touches like bath robes, all the toiletries we could need, bread, milk, butter, and irn bru in the fridge. There are 2 double beds and it was cosy but big enough for the three of us! Also a bonus that it’s surrounded by such stunning scenery and we found it a great base to see the northern side of the island. Leah was a great host, responsive and friendly, and she even went above and beyond to help us wash our clothes as the washing machine was temporarily out of order. Can’t recommend this place enough, if I’m ever back in Skye I’d definitely stay again.
