Waterfront vacation rentals in Pefkali

Wonderful apartment with extremely comfortable beds – we had a great night's sleep. The garden is surrounded by a fence and trees for complete privacy. Wide foliage effectively obscures the space from the road (which is walkable and there are no cars) where tourists walk. From the backyard you can go directly to the alley, walk literally a few steps and find yourself on a beautiful beach – it's a real pleasure! There are many restaurants in the area, right next to the apartment, as well as charming streets perfect for walking. In one of the nearby restaurants, the music played quite loudly, but after closing the door, the noise was practically inaudible, so nothing disturbed our sleep. The communication with the host was excellent – once again, we reaffirmed how wonderful people the Greeks are! Thank you!

we enjoyed the very friendly welcome and service as well as the amazing place directly at the seafront with a big Terrasse. Also the kitchen equipment was really good!

Host was super nice and easy to work with and gave great restaurant recommendations. Overall great experience in a beautiful city. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nafplio.

This was a great stay! The building is a little complicated but the apartment is great! Clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space for five. Washer was a little tricky as well as hot water but everything worked fine once you figured it out. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great few days in Nafplio! The airbnb was so comfortable, and is in a great place in the old town. We’d definitely recommend it, and would stay again in the future! Thank you George for being a great host!

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Maria is the very definition of the term "super host." In fact, Airbnb should create another category for someone like her who puts in such tremendous amounts of passion, care, and effort into hosting. We've stayed at other "super host" properties, but Maria goes so far above and beyond what others do that she is in a league of her own. She keeps the place spotless and has more than everything you might need, no matter how long your stay. You'll never feel like you have to do without anything or only have the bare minimum because she provides you with all of the touches of home. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Perdika, close enough to Aegina Town if you want to go, but also far removed from the touristy stores and restaurants if you want a relaxing island retreat. Maria herself is so kind and thoughtful and really takes the time to get to know you. She picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry, gave us a tour of Perdika, and even hosted us for wine and home cooking.

Too short a stay of a week at the end of May, the house is so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it to visit the wonderful surrounding archaeological sites. Thank you Sophia for your responsiveness, the multiple attentions, your welcome basket… The house is very well-equipped, everything is designed to make us feel at home and the decoration is neat. The small village 5 minutes away where shops are open with very long hours. In short, an address to remember.

Very nice house with beautiful surroundings. Very clean! When we came we were warmly welcomed by Anna and generous gifts: fresh fruit, homemade marmelades, olivoil from their farm, wine and more. Good snorkling nearby, we saw a lot of fish, octopus and a big turtle. Everything was perfect! Thanks! Aja and Michael

We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how well everything worked out. My Wife was thrilled I found this place! Our hostess was super friendly and gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and places to see. If you love coffee, amazing pastries and Mediterranean food, it’s everywhere and all only a short walk away. This little apartment has views of the port that are second to none and air conditioning on both levels. A motorized window shade keeps the bedroom private and offers an incredible sunrise view if that’s your thing. Multiple options for public transportation are just a short walk away. Taxis, buses, light rail and the subway. This is definitely a place you should consider if Athens is part of your European adventure.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Lovely flat in the perfect location! Even though we were right above the main restaurant area, it was quiet inside. the studio apartment felt spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the evening, watching the beautiful sunsets over Aegina. Thanos was a pleasure as our host.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

Marios is a fantastic host, he went above and beyond. I arrived late and he was there to greet me at the gate. He personally showed me to the studio and made sure I was well accommodated. Lovely sea views and lovely balcony to sit on and relax. If I ever travel to the area again I would definitely return to this Studio.

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!
