The location is 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes with the bus to the centre of Poros. Explore the village, take long walks by the sea, dine in the traditional Greek taverns, take the scenic traditional boats to explore the island. Poros Island is serviced by both sea and road routes from Athens.By sea (from the port of Piraeus you can reach the island in little over an hour using the fast flying dolphin & catamaran services, alternatively driving from Athens to the coastal town of Galatas (where car ferries service the island every 30 minutes) can be achieved in 2 1/2 hours.

Situated at the magnificent area of Amoni, is just an hour and a half from Athens, half an hour from Corinth and Ancient Epidaurus and many other landmarks such as Mycenaes, Nafplion, Porto Heli and many more. It is ideal if you just want to relax watching the sea, or do some sightseeing. You have the choice of jumping off the rocks to the sea just under the house, or visit one of the three beaches found in the area. The choice is yours.

It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. All travelers will have easy access to whatever they need in this central place. It is a spacious apartment, very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes. One beach is just a 2-minute walk and the other a 10-minute walk It is new and fully equipped with two air conditioners and two TVs. It has a separate toilet and a separate shower. It also has a washer and dryer. It is very comfortable to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Ένας χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, κήπο, βεράντα, θέα στη θάλασσα, ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.

Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.
