The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. *Bookings for the individual apartments can also be made via other listings.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.

Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.
