The apartment is right by the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But there is also the Peenestrom swimming spot on the peninsula in Peenemünde. The apartment has a fireplace (but you have to bring wood) and an infrared cabin. Bedding is on site. We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Experience a quiet and peaceful vacation on Usedom in the seaside resort of Karlshagen The apartment is located about 1.3 km from the finest sandy beach and about 1.2 km from the yacht and fishing port on the edge of the forest in a quiet side street and is an old fire station, which was lovingly renovated by the landlords in their own work.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
