It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The apartment is right next to the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But also in Peenemünde there is the Peenestrom bathing area on the peninsula. The apartment has a fireplace (wood must be brought) and an infrared cabin. Bed linen is on site. Only towels are not provided. We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The 1-room apartment with a converted attic is located in a vacation home with seven residential units and about 6,000 square meters of land. The apartment has a living/dining area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an attic, in which there is a double bed. The living space is about 35 square meters.

Central apartment – only 500 m to the beach Enjoy your vacation in a prime location! The cozy apartment has a bedroom, a living room and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A separate toilet and shower are also available. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed – ideal for families or friends.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
