Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, perfect for outdoor lovers yet equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles away, the popular market town of Berkhamsted, offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special night out. Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.

Come and enjoy our unique self-contained Studio attached to our house. It is a quiet and peaceful spot, ideal for rest and recuperation or to explore the surrounding rural areas and Chilterns AONB. It is a fully self-contained basement apartment, its open plan with a lounge area, dining area, bedroom with its own en suite shower room. It has its own entrance way down a terraced flower bed, and has a small private patio with table and chairs which is yours to use at your leisure.

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

Well-equipped and environmentally friendly, this 1st-floor annex is situated in the Chiltern village of Bellingdon, North of the market town of Chesham. The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

The Stable Lodge

The Lodge is light, airy and modern, whilst providing original character and features. An ideal getaway for couples, those visiting family and friends, or somewhere to base yourself for a weekend of walking in the chilterns; this cosy, self-contained lodge is perfect for those looking to get away from it all. Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.

There’s a comfy double bed overlooking greenery, TV with Netflix and Prime, strong Wi-Fi, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Toiletries included. There’s a private courtyard outside with table and chairs. We live in the main house and are happy to help while giving you full privacy ☺️

Cute Cabin Chesham Old Town

Cosy newly converted character annexe in the heart of the Chilterns. Just a 10 minute walk (google maps speed) to the Metropolitan underground station taking 40 minutes direct to central London. Opposite a lovely pub with Thai kitchen, a 3 minute walk in to Chesham town centre full of cafes, shops and bars. 1 king sized doubled bedroom, with en-suite shower & WC and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The Hayloft, Downley Common

The Hayloft is situated at Downley Farmhouse in Downley, Buckinghamshire - half way between London and Oxford, close to Marlow and Henley-on-Thames. Downley is a small village set around a common with a friendly local pub, The Le De Spencer Arms, which serves good food. The village has all the necessary local amenities and is within easy reach of all major communication networks and local attractions.
