Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

The studio has coffee, tea, condiments, iron, shampoo, soap. We love pets and we don't charge a cleaning fee. A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
