Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Glass walls open to the wooded slopes of Big Hill, a ridge separating the Pedernales and Guadalupe watersheds halfway between Comfort and Fredericksburg. A place to unplug, and reconnect.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Enjoy a serene 10 acres all to yourself, nestled 15 minutes from Wimberley and Canyon Lake, 1 mile off of the scenic Devil's Backbone highway. The Haybale Cabin is truly a retreat away from the city and the routine, yet a short drive to restaurants and the scenic attractions of the hill country. It has amazing views down the canyon from the outside fire pit, and the cabin’s eco hay bale construction is unique and keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
