Dolci Vecchi Ricordi in Valpolicella

Percorrendo una strada tra vigneti e ciliegi, si arriva alla Corte Medievale di Panego, un’antica corte rurale in cui i primi cenni storici risalgono al 1222. Qui si trova la nostra casa interamente ristrutturata, pur mantenendo le caratteristiche originarie. La stanza è al secondo piano e si raggiunge percorrendo un' antica scala in pietra. Per soggiornare da noi è consigliabile avere un mezzo di trasporto. La strada di accesso alla corte non è percorribile da auto con il rimorchio.

Gli appartamenti sono dotati di una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e una cucina che comprende un angolo cottura, un tavolo da pranzo e gli utensili necessari. Tra i vari servizi che si possono trovare, offriamo una tv, il condizionatore, la lavastoviglie e la rete wifi.

Paolo was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though we arrived after midnight, he came all the way to the main road to meet us and make sure we didn’t get lost. The house itself was absolutely beautiful. It has a lovely little garden, a spacious balcony, a cozy living room and kitchen, and even a “secret base” filled with musical instruments. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night due to our tight schedule, but we really wish we could have stayed longer. This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and the best host I’ve ever met. Highly, highly recommended!

Julias apartman was very beautufull. It's very spacious and cozy for a family of five, with a private garage. The garden around the house is very nice. Neighborhood is quiet. The closest market in only 5 minutes away by car. I highly recomend thih apartman to everyone and I would like to come back next time i visit Verona, Gardeland, Movieland...🤩

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung von Yuri befindet sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe von Verona und auch der Gardasee ist in knapp 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist direkt an einer Straße, wovon man in der Wohnung nichts mitbekommt. Direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es einige Restaurants und auch der nächste Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz konnten wir zu jeder Zeit direkt neben beim Haus bekommen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und die Kommunikation mit Yuri gestalteten sich sehr einfach. Bei Anliegen war er immer erreichbar. In der Wohnung befinden sich alle grundlegenden Dinge und auch eine Flasche gekühltes Wasser wurden bereitgestellt. Eine Klimaanlage befindet sich keine in der Wohnung, was wir dank der Jalousien nicht all zu stark merkten. Auch im Hochsommer war es so angenehm in der Wohnung. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Yuri nur wärmstens ans Herz legen.

Ho appena trascorso un soggiorno molto rilassante in questa splendida casa. La struttura è arredata con gusto e offre un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La jacuzzi funzionante è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di tutto: la pulizia impeccabile, la disponibilità di Yuri e il quartiere molto tranquillo. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante.

L'alloggio è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Negrar e dall'ospedale, in una strada tranquilla, è in una posizione perfetta sia per visitare le numerose cantine vinicole nei dintorni sia per i percorsi di trekking che partono proprio da Negrar. A 3 minuti in auto c'è un supermercato. L'alloggio è un monolocale dotato di tutto il necessario: un letto matrimoniale, un fornetto a microonde, un piano cottura, un piccolo frigo, dei mobili con tutto il necessario per mangiare, cucinare e pulire, un divano, una tv a parete, un tavolo con 4 sedie, un bagno con doccia in , lavandino, bidet e wc; tutto di recente ristrutturazione. Finestre elettriche e tende oscuranti colorate. Grazie alla tintura chiara delle pareti e al soffitto in legno chiaro c'è un'atmosfera molto calda e accogliente. Parcheggio facile sulla strada, almeno, noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Federica è stata gentilissima, molto comunicativa e disponibile, un host perfetto che ci ha messo a nostro agio sin da subito
