Guesthouse vacation rentals in Pecos River

Upon arrival there were some cleanliness issues. This home was obviously a well cleaned home, just had not been cleaned correctly between the last guest and our arrival. I contacted Brenda and she immediately offered to allow us to stay in another property. We declined, and she came to the location immediately to fix the issue. She also gave us a great discount. I could tell she was horrified that her standard of clean had not been reached and she really did care about making it right. It’s great to have a stay with no issues, but issues will eventually happen at every property. How great to have someone like Brenda as a host when something does go wrong. She really couldn’t have dealt with it better. We will be returning to Brenda’s properties in the future. Her cottage was well thought out, comfortable with a luxury mattress and butter soft sheets, a high temp, high pressured private hot tub and a nice deep jetted bathtub. This property is a smaller one, but it was comfy.

Merlina's place is really cute and is quite a bit larger than what you'd imagine by seeing the pictures. We arrived pretty late so did not have time to take advantage of the historic, charming neighborhood. It is worth a re-visit when we have more time. Our rest on the queen sized bed was very comfortable. Good sized dining table, nice, private entrance and back yard, roomy bathroom, good variety of appliances, including a portable fan. For us, anything one would need on a quick trip was available. Our dog had lots of room to lay out his big bed and bowls. A great stop at a reasonable price. For a quiet couple with a dog, like ourselves, we highly recommend. Thank you, Merlina.

Private comfortable place at a great price.

We stopped here in Marfa for a night on our way home from White Sands and had a very good, restful stay. There was a nice outdoor seating area perfect for some stargazing.

This cute, tiny AirBNB is located in the center of town so it was very easy for me to walk to restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts are really responsive and helpful too. I would definitely stay here again!

Zoy and Kyle are great people. Cute little apartment, the perfect size for what I needed. Really nice backyard/outdoor space. I would stay again!

This place was perfect for a stop over in Amarillo. It is as comfy as home. The decor is precious. Several pieces I would love to have in my own home. The courtyard is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend Hal and Rita’s Cottage.

I work in Amarillo one week per month and this is my #1 choice for places to stay. If you're interested, go ahead and book it. A couple of times, it has been booked ahead when I wanted it but I waited too long. It's always immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The moment I walked in the patio area I was literally overwhelmed with the beautiful fountain and potted flowers and comfortable lounge chair and outdoor table set with Umbrella underneath an amazing tree! Than, I walked in and the inside was Perfect! I could tell Robin put her Heart and Thoughts into this Airbnb with her decorations, appliances/kitchen necessities down to a wonderful bowl full of a variety of snacks to choose from....Loved it! The bed and pillows comfy and the blackout blinds the Best! Very Clean! Robin was very quick to reply and very Friendly through messages. I love that Memorial Park is literally across the street. A Huge Plus for early Morning walks. Definitely will Be Back!

Fantastic, relaxing, and had everything I needed. The decor is well apportioned. The welcome music and scents were a great touch!

They had the blow up mattress up and made for us, so incredibly grateful, we were tired after a long drive. The home is beautiful and we felt so safe and comfortable. The arcade games were a big plus, sent us back to our childhood. This place is also close to all sorts of things. We loved it here! HIGHLY recommend!

As always it was another great stay. We love staying at any of Thongs places, but this one was really neat. Big comfy bed, separate living room, and kitchen.

Loved Erin's place and it was the perfect place to stay for the night with our three little ones. Quiet area in a neighborhood with a completely private space. Our kids loved the bunk room and we even tried one of her recommendations for breakfast the next morning--LOVED the waffles. We didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but loved the setup she had and with all of the fixings-very thoughtful. Erin was very responsive and helpful and we would recommend her place to anyone visiting!

This was such a wonderful place to stay for our retreat in Alpine. Very private and peaceful location, yet extremely close to town and local attractions. The guesthouse itself was pristine, clean, and perfect for our needs. The bathtub was a pleasant surprise; very large, and a source of much relaxation for my wife. Kitchen has everything you need. Jennifer was a gracious host; her instructions were spot on and easy to follow, and I can’t recommend her enough for your Alpine needs.

The owners are the sweetest couple!! The house is beautiful and super cute. Will always stay with them if the house is available.

Het huisje is perfect voor een paar dagen Palo Duro en Amarillo, zeker als je ook wat privacy zoekt en het comfort van een huisje waardeert. De voorzieningen in het huisje waren heel compleet en fijn, en er is een leuk terrasje voor de deur. Om de hoek is onlangs een mooie nieuwe brouwerij/restaurant geopend. Bedankt Nathalie!

This unit has a great location in an older part of town sprinkled with Craftsman-styled homes and offering easy access to freeway and downtown. It was our first time to stay in Andria's studio and hopefully not the last. Unit is tastefully laid out with family/TV room, fully-stocked kitchen, good-sized walk-in shower, a very comfortable king-sized bed, two bedroom closets, and front door parking. Though pet friendly, the unit was very clean with no odors or pet fur floating around. We also appreciated Andrea's quick response to our check-in/check-out requests. Skip the hotel and stay in Andria's studio.
