Mountain View Guest House

A well-maintained guesthouse with the feel of the Old West. Located far enough out of Alpine to give you a rural feel, but just minutes from downtown, the guesthouse is 30 feet from our house. We are very respectful of your privacy, and all of the facilities are yours to use. Sit out on the large covered porch and enjoy the view, or visit with our livestock. We are pet-friendly. Relax around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub while watching the sky for shooting stars and satellites.

This little house has one of the most interesting histories of any in Dell City. The Home was fully restored to honor the family that lived here and farmed in the Dell Valley. The style is old Mexican Pueblo. Kitchen, living room with television and lots of dvds, a roomy bedroom and a large bath/vanity/closet area. This is a stand alone home with a private entrance. Located on the ninth hole of Alto Lakes golf course this condo has easy access to all the golf you want to play in the summer and all the skiing/sledding you want to do in the winter. The condo has one king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in one of the guest bedrooms and two twins in the third bedroom. Each room has a television with direct TV service. Main Street at Lewis as you come into the town of Dell City. Main Street is also known as 1437. No cooking or washing dishes in the room or anywhere on the patio. Enjoy our 2 restaurants. These are primitive sites with no amenities… yes that means no bathrooms so Bushland to the east and Vega to the west are you “last chance stops” We’re just a little ways off I40 so it’s easy to get too and still feels secluded with plenty of room to set up several tents and enjoy a west Texas sunset.
