It is ideal for two families, as it has two bathrooms, next to three bedrooms on the first floor and a toilet, on the ground floor. There is also a large bedroom for kids, with a playing area. The kitchen and a dining area are really large, with everything you need to prepare a larger feast. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. The house is close to Bled - 15 min on foot.

Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Unwind in the spacious garden, perfect for al fresco dining—a serene haven for families, friends, and couples alike. Note that the apartment is situated at the bottom of a valley, but the sun still shines on the property for most of the day.

Spacious modern apartment in Zgornje Gorje

Spacious top floor (loft) of a completely renovated house in Zgornje Gorje in the village center with a view of surrounding hills and mountains, close to Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge and Pokljuka. The place accommodates 4 adults in 2 bedrooms. With an advance notice, we can organize an additional mattress for a child or a crib for an infant. We used to host the whole house for 10 guests but we renovated it, and now we offer two separate apartments.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
