The Garden Room is bright and spacious with lovely views to the south across the Lewes Brooks. There is a well equipped kitchen area, and you have your own front door. Coffee, tea, milk and some breakfast provisions will be waiting for you for your first morning. We are close to Lewes but with open fields nearby. It is a ten minute walk to a pub, for local beer and food. There is space nearby for a small car to park; larger vehicles can park about 20m from our driveway, on the Kingston Road.

At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
