The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

Borgo Saturno: entire villa in the hills.

Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The apartment is a portion of a house on two floors, with entrance to the living room on the ground floor. On the first floor, the apartment houses the sleeping area consisting of a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom.  Located in Serramazzoni on Via Giardini, 15 km from Maranello in the Collinare area. Guests have the option of adding breakfast, lunch or dinner service with an affiliated restaurant just a few meters away.
