One of few houses permitted to legally host short-term in Stillwater. - Situated in a quiet neighborhood in east Stillwater, a short drive to OSU. This home has three regular standard size bedrooms (one with its own half bath), plus a small single room and open loft that looks out over the living room. Sleeping rooms surround the living room with it's high ceiling and kitchen. IMPORTANT: There are strict limits on unrelated occupants, parking, and commercial activity.

Stunning and stylish describes the home that features open living, kitchen and formal dining rooms. The kitchen has an serving bar and stainless appliances. The interior has fresh paint, new carpet. A double French back door leads from the kitchen to the privacy-fenced backyard with a gas grill. The master suite features a king size bed and two bedrooms have queen size beds, the fourth bedroom has full size bed. There is a washer and dryer available as well.
