Villa vacation rentals in Paxi

We had an absolutely fantastic two weeks at Villa Hortensia - Chrisa, Christos and Dimitra really could not have been better hosts at all points of the stay: from planning it to sorting out taxis to/from the villa, and helping us with queries, they were just so lovely. The villa itself was exactly what we needed. It is quiet and relaxing, just the right distance from Loggos to make walking in to that little port pleasant and going home feel like returning to absolute tranquility. This is further enhanced by the pristine pool - clearly, a lot of work goes into making the villa’s pool and gardens look so beautiful, and it is much appreciated. The villa itself is clean, well resourced and the air con reliably cool, much needed in those hot summer nights! The house was simply stunning, and it matched the pictures perfectly. It offered ample space for our group of four, and the charming garden added to the overall appeal. The host was an absolute gem, exhibiting remarkable warmth and helpfulness throughout our stay. Not only did she go out of her way to provide extra towels, but she also surprised us with delightful donuts before our departure. Such attention to detail and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. I can't wait to return to this exceptional getaway in the future. 💛

We had a great time in Paxos and the villa was lovely. Mrs Dimitra was really helpful and friendly!

Athanasios was a great host, on arrival day she even cooked me some great dinner. The view and location is beautiful, especially if you wish to have a quiet time. The only thing that - I guess in summer - could be a bit of a noise issue - is the fact that right in front of the house cars turn around - the ones which get lost, some also searching for the nearby restaurant. The apartment is cousy and very clean, bathroom had been done recently. I only missed a tiny able where I could prepare breakfast. The apartment doesn`t provide kitchen stuff as cutlery, plates etc. only cups for coffee and a water cooker & fridge. There is a fantastic beach in walking distance, you need to wear proper shoes! Takes about 15 min but absolutely beautiful, small and cousy and cristal clear water. Make sure you feed the cats when you are staying there - they are lovely and very much appreciating any attention! Unforgetable view from the window!

We’ve enjoyed every single moment of our stay at this beautiful house in Paxos overlooking Gaios, Agios Nikolaos and the Ionian Sea. Stunning views and a great space with many wonderful terraces. Mrs Maria and Dimitris have been super flexible with our check in and out times, and very generous with everything, lovely people. The house is amazing and spotless. The location is ideal and we felt right at home throughout our stay. A first class experience in an outstanding place. We will be back for sure, but I recommend the house to all Airbnb customers: go try out this unique house for yourselves!

Had a great stay, fabulous property, great pool, need a car…the highlight was visits from ‘Olive’ (local cat and her three kittens - who we fed and the wonderful lemons from the trees. Superb maid service. Perhaps clear out a few old/broken/damaged odds and ends from the lounge area…

Giorgos was a wonderful host. He gave us lots of great recommendations, communicated brilliantly up to and on arrival, and was very helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation is lovely, very nicely furnished with everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for us, a little bit tucked away from the main road with beautiful views. Thank you for a fantastic stay Giorgos! We highly recommend your place and will be back!

Wonderful stone house in the hill. The house is in the second row so there is unfortunately not a free view on the ocean but you can sill have a glimpse ;-) We have enjoyed especially the afternoon sun at the pool which is very charming and great after arriving back home from the beach. Paxos is a lovely island with beautiful waters and pebbles beaches.

Great villa, amazing location just 30 seconds from a great beach. It's possible to walk in to and back from Gaios but it's hard work on hot days. Taxis are only 3 to 5 Euros though. Would definitely recommend :-)

We had such a wonderful time! The house is charming and the view amazing. It is walking distance to town for everything we needed, but also just far enough away to feel very private. The outdoor shower we used everyday to rinse off from the beach. It was nice to have AC to cool off a bit in the late afternoon for a nap. It was all very relaxing. We can't say enough, except that we will return!

Ioanna’s place was perfect location, on the cliff looking over the beautiful ocean just 5 min drive from Gaios. There was a semi-private bay at the bottom and the house was more than large enough for 6. She was very helpful in coordinating our cars and 2 boat days as well. The kitchens were a little poorly stocked which made it slightly challenging when cooking for 6 but we still made it work. One of the bathrooms also had a broken shower curtain but again it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was lovely and Ionna was very helpful.

Seven of us stayed in Villa Contessina and loved it. It was spotlessly clean and beautiful views. I would recommend this Villa if you are travelling to Gaios, Paxos. Fabulous place.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alekos in Paxos. The house is really well located, very near Loggos. It comes with a hire car which is a real plus. The best thing about the house is the pool - it's very large, not chlorinated and is deeper than most pools we've had in Paxos. My kids are teenagers and they really appreciated this. Communication was good with Irene and her team - all lovely people. We'd love to come back to Villa Alekos. Many thanks.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. Elena and her people were great and very helpful. One of the best places to stay if you want to visit Paxos. Ask Elena about boat rides or rentals. It is worth taking a boat ride around the island and Antipaxos.

The Best Place I’ve Ever Stayed! Our stay at this villa in Paxos was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the traditional stone architecture that beautifully preserves the island’s charm and character. The house exudes authenticity while still providing all the comfort you could ask for. Waking up to breathtaking views of the sea and watching the sunrise from the terrace became our favorite ritual. The garden is a true oasis -- lush, peaceful, and full of thoughtfully arranged sitting areas that invited us to relax and soak in the natural beauty around us. It’s worth noting that the villa doesn’t have a pool, but honestly, it doesn’t need one. The closest beach is only a 3-minute drive away, and the crystal-clear waters of Paxos are more refreshing and stunning than any pool could ever be. We left feeling deeply recharged and grateful for such an incredible experience. Highly recommended!

We have just come back from our first time on Paxos. Villa Thea was perfect, great views out to see. Peaceful surroundings with lovely flowers and olive trees. The pool made the holiday. The walk to Loggos or Marmari beach (well worth a visit) was 20 minutes down a tarmac road. We didn’t attempt the walk back up to the villa due to the heat and how steep it was, so we found Christos taxi’s brilliant as they could seat 6 of us. Plus we were often carrying supplies for the villa. Lots of space for 6 of us. No WiFi but we found using our uk data was fine. Or you can buy a local SIM from a shop in Lakka There are cats on the island and a few hung around the villa. They didn’t bother us, just sunbathing in the garden. They were fed by a local lady. Would definitely stay in this villa again and thoroughly recommend to others. Paxos is a stunning island and not overcrowded for August, the local people were so kind and helpful

The villa is in a lovely secluded location and the pool is great. We enjoyed the walks to the local villages and beaches.

We loved every minute of our holiday in Paxos and the villa. Communication was brilliant and we felt very welcome. The daily cleaner was so nice to have and made sure it was clean at all times. the owner made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed, he even offered to take us into the town to collect groceries when the weather wasn’t so great. The outside area and pool was stunning and very well presented and maintained. Only a 15 min walk to Gaios which is full of lovely bars and restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Everything was very nice, the only negative thing was that it was very close to the villa next door.

We had a great stay at this villa, which was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Location is good as it’s very accessible to the various towns and beach bars, also with a few amazing tavernas and restaurants nearby. Loved the pool and view as well. Thanks so much for having us

We were looking for a private, peaceful, secluded holiday and your villa provided all that, and more. Loved the villa, Joanne was a superb host. It was tidy and spotless, cracking views south towards Anti-Paxos. Pool was clean and a good size, and the kids loved it. Beds and pillows v comfortable. Kitchen was fully kitted out. Free bottles of water supplied. Couldn’t fault our stay there, we loved it. Aircon both upstairs and downstairs which worked well. Lots of parking. Good position in middle of island - everywhere was 5/10 mins away.
