The house has a big yard, with garden furniture and our favorite hammock, where you can find sunny and shady spots every hour of the day. It offers great sea view between the olive groove. Two floor house that sleeps 2-6 people, only 2 minutes away from the village of Loggos. 3 bedrooms all with aircondition and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area both inside and outside. Independent, with private parking, large pool, BBQ area, broadband internet with high speeds and satellite TV on a 4K 50 inch screen with home cinema. The walk to the beach is a 5 minute stroll, as you can see from the pictures.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
