Oomwoc Cottage

Wonderful little place to stay! Hot tub in its own outdoor room so perfect for any weather! My 2yo loved all the highland cow decor, and the 2nd bedroom was cosy and safe for her being off the main bedroom. Close to several seaside towns, and only 30 mins from the deep, so a good location for kids any weather! Lovely stay!

Old Post Office , peaceful heritage cottage

JonRating, 5 stars11 months ago
This is a lovely cottage, which used to be the village Post Office and shop, set in a very tranquil rural setting but very easy to access for Hull and many places of interest on the East Coast - Hornsea 20 minute drive, Spurn Point 45 minutes. Sue was a very good host who was extremely helpful and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole cottage was very comfortable. There is access to a garden space with seating. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage if you are visiting Hull or the East Coast; we will definitely return.

Breakfast with Dinky Donkeys.

Went here with my 9-year old son and we had the best time. Carl and Jane were just lovely and couldn’t have done more for us and it was really special for us to be so close to the beautiful Ava & Molly. Can’t recommend this enough for anyone with an interest in donkeys or who is just looking for something a bit special to do.

Eastgate Cottage

RyanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Firstly, the house was immaculate. The decor was beautiful with a really inviting feel to it as soon as you walk in. Spotlessly clean. Lots of space for our kids to play and a paved/shingle garden my son enjoyed playing with his diggers in. Bedrooms were perfect and really comfortable. The street was very quiet and despite the limited parking we found a space every time we came and went. A very short walk to the main square in Hessle which had a number of different shops, pubs and places to eat. Sainsbury’s and Aldi were also walkable but a very short drive away. Train and road links to Hull and all the surrounding areas so getting around was so easy. Hope to stay here again when we visit family going forward.

Private Suite in Historic House

Step back hundreds of years in this stunning property, so much history and original features make this one of the most memorable places we have stayed with Air b&b. Shannon, our host’s communications were excellent throughout, her offer of assistance should we require it was available however everything was so perfect this was not required. Spotlessly clean, beautiful furnishings, attention to detail and finishing touches were very much appreciated and made our stay excellent. Her recommendation of the Stags Head at Lelley for dinner was fantastic one of the best steak and ale pies I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon.
