The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hotplates, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with loft bed /160 cm wide. Including large storage space. Combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for 1 person. Private access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. In case of any questions, we are always happy to help.

Our home has air conditioning & a wood burning fireplace. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a large kitchen/living area, & room for 8 guests. There is an outdoor eating & lounge area, and an extensive garden play area. Wooden play gym in the kids’ room so kids can play no matter the weather. Parking in front of the house, & a direct train connection.
