On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched vacation home is built in wood and offers everything a family or a small travel group needs. Attention: Only for non-smokers indoors and outdoors! A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers.

The train station, which can be reached in 5 minutes by 5 minutes, offers several connections every hour: - Hanover (12 min) - Messe/Laatzen (6 min) - Hanover Airport (37 min.) - Hildesheim Hbf (12 min.). The tram station in the direction of Hanover/Langenhagen is only a 10-minute walk.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!

Quietly located two-room apartment, 48 square meters of living space with kitchen and bathroom, separate entrance. Distance to Hannover Messe is about 20 minutes by car. S-Bahn connection Hannover/Hildesheim hourly. All shopping on site. We speak English.
