Family-friendly vacation rentals in Patras

coco and alexis are amazing hosts! We were treated very kindly and generously. the apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished. Trikorfo itself has a great view and is only 10 minutes away from a very nice beach town. there are several tavernas in trikorfo as well. Maria who manages guests was very helpful and gave us information. the pool and amenities belong to coco and alexis, but guests can use them as long as they are respectful, the hosts gave us privacy. overall recommend.

Ήταν όλα άψογα! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα… Η κ. Κωνσταντίνα εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης, φιλική κ πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Το σπίτι καθαρό, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!!!

Όλα τέλεια. Ο χώρος άψογος με τζάκι και σόμπα! Οτι ακριβώς φανταζόμουν και ακόμη καλύτερα!

We came for the second summer and once again we had a great time. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good access to highway and groceries. We made various trips with our rental car if not reading books or resting and cooled down in the pool in the afternoons. We are a family of five, youngest 7, eldest 17. A car is essential. Host was very responsive and helpful, I can recommend this house.

Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο κύριος Αναστάσιος και πολύ όμορφο και ευρύχωρο το σπίτι. Φιλοξενηθήκαμε 2 οικογένειες (4 ενήλικες, 4 παιδιά και ένα σκυλάκι) για το τριήμερο φεστιβάλ του Χελμού. Το σπίτι είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και ήταν καλαίσθητο εσωτερικά και με υπέροχη θέα περιμετρικά. Η πρόσβαση δεν ήταν δύσκολη, καθώς ο κ. Αναστάσιος είχε δώσει αναλυτικότατες οδηγίες και μας υποδέχτηκε ο ίδιος παρέχοντάς μας και χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Περάσαμε θαυμάσια, ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Η εμπειρια μας απο τη διαμονη μας στον Κήπο ήταν εξαιρετική! Οι εγκαταστάσεις άψογες και πεντακάθαρες, ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος και πάντα διαθέσιμος! Η βίλα είναι πολύ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο από σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της περιοχής. Απολαύσαμε την ηρεμία του μέρους και χαλαρώσαμε πραγματικά δίπλα στην πισίνα και τον όμορφο κηπο. Προτείνουμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα για ήρεμες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές!!

By far one of the best Airbnb experiences I ever had. The host was so kind and generous. Amazing amenities were provided and we enjoyed every moment during our stay. She even prepared a meal for our arrival. The villa was clean and modern. One of the best ever. Well worth the money paid. Thank you again Alexandra.

Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Βρήκαμε πολύ εύκολα το καταπληκτικό κατάλυμα της Ευαγγελίας, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, νιώσαμε σα στο σπίτι μας! Στην καρδιά της Πάτρας, ένα διαμαντάκι! Το συνιστώ με κλειστά μάτια και θα χαρώ πολύ να το ξανά επισκεφτώ💝

The villa is so spacious, plenty of place to sleep, and relax. Full of nature, best scenery of the sea, mountain, town and hill. The room is clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the fruit freshly picked from the garden. It's highly recommended for family and large group of visitors...! This is the best stay we have ever had outside our country...!

Ένα πανέμορφο κατάλυμα σε μια αυλή από λεμονιές και λουλούδια με ευγενείς και εξυπηρετικούς οικοδεσπότες. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ήσυχη και ειδυλλιακή. Όλα πεντακάθαρα και φροντισμένα! Είχαν στολίσει και καρναβαλικά το σπίτι για να μας βάλουν στο κλίμα της Αποκριάς! Ευχαριστούμε! Πέντε αστέρια σε όλα!

We spent a weekend in Zoi's house. The house is spacious, comfortable, very clean, well equiped, with stylish antiques furniture and large terraces. Our child enjoyed very much staying at the children's room with many toys to play with. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a welcome gift (fresh fruits, honey and a bottle of wine). They recommended us tavernas and beaches to go Even in May we spent a very nice day at Kalogria beach. The village has a mini market for the essentials (you can find a super market in a distance of 2 km), and next to the house there is a pharmacy and two cafe-bars, where we ate souvlaki and other greek dishes. We certainly recommend Zoi's house and would come back for a longer stay.

Η Κ.θωμαις ήταν μία εξαιρετική κυρία και το διαμέρισμα της ήταν πεντακάθαρο καλυτερο από της φωτογραφίες.

Φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες σε ένα λειτουργικό, καλαίσθητο και χαλαρό χώρο. Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα όταν ξαναρθούμε είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή στη Πάτρα.

We visited this house at the end of October 2024, during a long holiday. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only wish to be able to stay longer. The house was excellent, the garden was simply wonderful, and in a nutshell, everything was great! Mr. Kostas was very gentle and helpful in everything we asked for. If we will ever visit Nafpaktos again, his home will be the first we will look for.

Το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα και βολεύει με τα παιδιά για τα μπάνια. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού ιδανικοί για το καλοκαίρι και η αυλή είναι φανταστική. Ο καταλληλότερος χώρος για τις διακοπές. Ο Κ.Γιώργος πολύ εξυπηρετικός, προνοητικός και απαντούσε πάντα. Είχαμε μια φανταστική διαμονή.

Περάσαμε ένα τετραήμερο τέλειο... Ειταν ακριβώς όπως το περιγράφει και ακόμα καλύτερα θα έλεγα... Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και η Οικοδέσποινα μας περίμενε με το χαμόγελο της και ειταν σαν να γνωριζόμαστε χρόνια...Στο σπίτι δεν λείπει απόλυτος τίποτα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια...Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξαναπάμε....Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία..

Η Κα Αγγελική, ήταν εξαιρετική, όπως και ο χώρος. Ξεχωρίζει ιδιαίτερα η φανταστική πισίνα!!

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, μες στην φύση, την ησυχία και με αλογάκια παραδίπλα και πολύ κοντά στο Αίγιο με το αυτοκίνητο. Αγρόκτημα κανονικό, με όμορφη γενικά διαμόρφωση. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κι αυτό όμορφο, άνετο και λειτουργικό και είχαμεκαι ωραία εξυπηρέτηση από τους οικοδεσπότες.

Words cannot explain how amazing Andrea and Anastasia were with their hospitality in this beautiful villa. I will be sure to come back to this home again and will surely recommend to all friends and family who come to Greece from near and far to stay at villa anastasia. The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. Unbelievable hosts and an unbelievable home.

We have now stayed in this impressive villa 4 years in a row. A short walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries it is especially ideal for families with children. The villa is set on a large property with a generous pool and an impressively landscaped garden. Our 3 young children have come to feel that this is their home away from home. We highly recommend this property for those wishing to be rejuvenated in tranquil surroundings in a traditional part of Greece. Angelo and Elvira provide authentic Greek hospitality making them exceptional hosts.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartments are spacious and have lots of character with outstanding views. We were disappointed the outside temperature didn't allow us to make use of the pool but it looked amazing. The hosts (and their lovable dog) gave us a very warm welcome and had provided us with a very generous selection of breakfast goodies in the fridge. We were really impressed with this place and would love to come back again.
